CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Barden Hotel, we prioritize the satisfaction of our guests. Our reservation cancellation and refund processes have been established under the following rules to provide you with the best service and to maintain our operational planning.

1. Standard Cancellation Conditions

  1. Free Cancellation: For cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the check-in date, the total amount paid will be refunded without any deductions.
  2. Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date, a deduction of [e.g., 50%] of the total reservation amount or [1-night stay fee] will be applied.
  3. No-Show: In the event that a guest fails to check in despite having a reservation, the total amount of the reservation (or the first night's fee) will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Processes

  1. The refund process is initiated immediately after the cancellation is confirmed.
  2. Depending on your bank's internal procedures, it may take 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank/credit card.
  3. Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment (if paid by credit card, to the card; if paid by wire transfer, to the relevant IBAN).

3. Non-Refundable Reservations

  1. Cancellations, modifications, or refunds are not possible for reservations marked as "Non-Refundable," which are typically offered for early booking discounts, special promotions, or festive/public holiday periods. For such reservations, the full fee is collected at the time of booking.

4. Force Majeure

  1. In cases of force majeure, such as documented health problems, natural disasters, or travel restrictions, the hotel management may, at its discretion, offer a date change or a full refund. Submission of official documentation is mandatory in these cases.

5. Early Departure

  1. If a guest wishes to leave the hotel early after the stay has commenced without a valid reason, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

6. Reservation Modifications

  1. Requests for date changes must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Modifications are subject to hotel availability and may vary according to the price rates of the new dates.
